Te Reo o Te Marae Moana

Empowering ocean guardians

Overview

A youth program for Marae Moana—the world’s largest marine protected area—was created to celebrate cultural heritage and grow ocean stewardship across the Cook Islands.

Approach

In a four‑day sprint in New York, we joined a pro‑bono team with Papel & Caneta and spokesperson Kevin Iro. We listened first, aligned purpose and audience, established protocols, and then translated the story into a program framework and brand system with ready‑to‑use assets.

Outcomes

A clear strategy, identity, and collateral suite to brief stakeholders, attract partners, and accelerate pilot delivery—strengthening community bonds and youth guardianship of the moana.
